Navigated Surgery

Navigated surgery is a new technique that helps the surgeon achieve more precision during surgery. It uses GPS technology, similar to what you have in your car and 3D computer images to help the surgeon move the instruments with more precision.

Bone Graft

In a bone graft procedure the surgeon will use a special bone grafting biomaterial, and graft it onto your jaw bone. Maybe you will then have to wait, most likely several months, while the graft creates enough new, strong bone to make sure that the implant will be stable and secure. A successful bone graft allows your jaw bone to be strong enough to support your dental implant.

Sinus Lift

A sinus lift is surgery that adds bone to your upper jaw in the area of your molars and premolars. To make room for the bone, the sinus membrane has to be moved upward, or “lifted”. Bone grafting today is a routine, predictable and painless procedure. That is sometimes required in order to maximize the outcome of dental implant surgery.

PRGF Plasma

It helps us to shorten the waiting time and recovery of various dental treatments, such as the extraction of a wisdom tooth or the regeneration of bone after a dental implant. There is no possibility of rejection since we use the blood of the patient.

Short Implants

We consider short implants to be those equal to or less than 8mm. We place them in areas where there is a lack of bone. Its use is conditioned to the anatomy of the patient, when due to bone resorption, we cannot place implants of a regular size (10 mm or more). We can, therefore, avoid grafts and possible complications, mainly damage of sensitive anatomical structures (nerves, sinuses, etc.)

Zirconium Implant

If yoy want to get dental implants, but don’t like the thought of having metal in your mouth, we can help. Cosmetic implant treatment uses metal free dental implants made of zirconia, a type of ceramic that is strong enough to support chewing forces. Metal free dental implants are safe for people with titanium allergies, won’t create galvanic circuits in your mouth, won’t corrode, and look more attractive in people with think or translucent gums.
